The California Invention Convention is offering a special Professional Development Day on Saturday October 27th, 2018 from 8AM-4PM at the San Diego County Office of Education, 6401 Linda Vista Road, Room 401, San Diego. This training will provide teachers everything they need to run an NGSS and California Core Compliant Invention Convention program in their classroom. Thanks to the generous grant from the Motorola Solutions Foundation to the California Invention Convention, the workshop, including lunch, is being offered to teachers grades K-12 at no cost.

Comment from a teacher who participated in the program last year: “Thank you for inviting us to participate in such a creative and fun program. I’ve seen it in action this year..makes such a difference! And this experience has greatly elevated the joy factor during my first year back in the classroom with such innovative and empowering hands-on learning for all.”
