Myra Saxena, who recently graduated from Herbert Hoover Middle School in Palo Alto, was recognized at the Northern California Invention Convention as well as the RTX U.S. National Invention Convention, for her invention “Healthy Littles”- a wearable prototype that uses pulse-sensors, to detect heart rate, and health data to analyze a child’s risk of developing diabetes.
